Roast Quicker
A roast with the bone in will cook faster than a boneless roast
the bone carries the heat to the inside of the roast quicker.
Slicing Meat
If you want to slice meat easily into thin strips (as in Chinese dishes), partially freeze and it will slice easily.

How to cook a GREAT pasta?
Use plenty of water (at least 4 quarts per pound) so that it doesn't stick together.
Add approximately 1 tablespoon of salt per pound of pasta. This will bring out the flavor of the pasta. When the water returns to a boil, add the pasta.
Don't break the pasta to fit the pot, use a wooden spoon to bend it as it cooks.
Stir the pasta often to prevent sticking.
Don't over cook the pasta!
1 pound of spaghetti takes apron 8-10 minutes to cook but check it frequently until it's "al dente" (firm to the bite). As soon as the pasta is done, drain it in a colander.
Saucing is depending on the recipe, sometimes the pasta is topped with sauce or both are combined in a bowl and mixed.
Don't over sauce the pasta! Let the flavor of the pasta stand out.
If the recipe calls for grated cheese, add some before tossing and have some extra at the table.

Splashing Cooking Oil
If you're facing problems with splashing cooking oil when you're frying fish or squids, you can add a little bit of butter into the cooking oil before you start frying.
No more scary splashing cooking oil.

Deodorizing The Onion
You can use LEMON to deodorize onion or garlic from your knifes/cooking tools. Just cut the lemon in half and apply the lemon juice along the knife or simply mix the lemon juice with liquid soap that you use for washing.
